How can I advertise on your site?

Please contact us if you would like to advertise a product on our site. We offer a range of advertising services from homepage banners through to our Festival Essentials page.

Do you have Festival Discounts & Deals?

From time to time our partners offer discounts, we will update each event with any promo codes and share via our twitter & facebook accounts when they come up.

Do you require staff?

Currently we are not looking for staff but our visitors are growing daily and the future is looking bright. So keep checking back.

How long do I have to wait for tickets?

Unfortunately this is not under our control. Festicket & TicketMaster deal with the sales and dispatch times, we link to them. We always recommend getting your tickets as early as possible allowing time for delivery. Any problems with tickets please see below for Festicket & TicketMaster contact details.

Do you hold & dispatch the Festival Tickets?

No we are a listing site that have teamed up with Festicket & TicketMaster, both specialists in Festival Ticket sales, through their affiliate programmes. These two companies are responsible for all ticket sales and dispatch times. We have no control over tickets. Below is useful links for TicketMaster and Festickets to help you with any ticketing problems.

 

TicketMaster Ticket Problems

If you are checking the delivery status of your tickets, please click here to check our dispatch page where updates are made daily. If your event has been printed please wait until 5 days before the event to contact us, and if your event isn’t listed yet, please bear with us as more events are being added to the page every week. If your tickets are being sent to an address outside the UK please wait 5 days before you leave for the UK to contact us, so you give your tickets enough time to arrive.
Hit the Contact Us tab (just above the search bar) near the top of the page to send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you’d rather speak to us, here are the details:
To balance an outstanding deposit/instalment payments (rejected payments only) for Creamfields, Reading Festival, Leeds Festival or Download please dial 0333 003 5939. You will need your reference number, telephone number and the last 4 digits of your original credit/debit card.

Calls to 0333 numbers are chargeable at a local rate from both UK landlines and mobile phones.If you’re calling for help with an outstanding order, please have your booking reference number and the last 4 digits of your card number handy. We work in line with the Data Protection Act, so to keep your details safe we can only discuss a booking with the cardholder we have on record.

Please note that if you have booked for a show in Northern Ireland or the Rep. of Ireland you need to contact Ticketmaster Ireland. If you are calling from Northern Ireland or the rest of the UK please call 0333 321 9996. If your calling from Rep. of Ireland please call 0818 903 001.
